I like to be able to believe historical characters have a reasonably accurate mindset. Despite both their valiant efforts to avoid falling into it, they do, without really realising it either.

She rolled off him, tugging down her clothing. I was surprised at the body count in this book, but Ms. Can I start with Daphne? Such a perfect line for his character. This is one of my favourite romances by one of my favourite romance writers.
I found this book to be a highly entertaining mix of action, adventure and romance.
